*Sunday, August 24th 12noon-3pm--Grow-A-Row Harvest Drop-Off. Drop off your surplus garden harvest or purchased produce at Van Atta's or L&L Food Centers M.L. King or W. Saginaw locations. The Greater Lansing Food Bank and the Food Movers will distribute the fresh produce to the hungry in the Lansing area.

*Sunday, September 7th 12noon-3pm--Our second harvest drop-off for Grow-A-Row.

*Saturday, September 27th and Sunday, September 28th--Van Atta's Fall Family Fun Festival. Festivities run from 12pm-5pm each day, and this year our focus will be on Celebrating Michigan. We will feature Michigan vendors, artists, musicians and products in a a fun-filled family atmosphere. There will be an area devoted to kids, so plan on bringing the family for a great time!

*Saturday, October 11th at 2121 Gaylord Smith Ct. (Nancy Moore Park off Okemos Rd.) there will be a #1-7 plastic, all-color glass, pharmaceutical waste, book, telephone book, polystyrene, packing peanut, bubble wrap recycling drop-off!
